2. Services
Clarivista offers personalized coaching sessions, guided meditations, and workshops designed for your journey toward inner clarity.
2.1 Scheduling and Changes
Clients may reschedule sessions if we receive notice at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Reschedule requests received later may not be accommodated.
2.2 Refund Policy for Services
Clients who cancel a one-on-one session at least 24 hours before its start will receive a full refund of the paid funds. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation.
For multi-session packages, clients may cancel within 7 days of purchase if no more than one session has occurred. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. After one session, packages are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled.
3. Information Products
3.1 Digital Courses and Guides
All digital resources are delivered via email or through our online platform. Clients have a 7-day review period from the date of delivery to request a refund provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are issued within 10 days to the original payment method. Once access exceeds 20%, products are nonrefundable to protect our intellectual offerings. Transfers to a different digital product are allowed once per order.
4. Goods
Physical items are shipped to the client’s address. If an item arrives damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 7 days of receipt. For approved cases, clients may send back the item at their cost. A refund is processed within 14 days of receipt inspection. Clients may exchange the item for another in asset, with any price difference billed or credited accordingly.
5. Policy Updates
Clarivista may modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on clarivistaone.com with a new effective date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
